SACRED INTIMACY

Intimacy has many qualities and experiences. Pleasure is one. Trust is another.

In the work and the love that we create, preparing the body to experience pleasure is a sacred practice. We are looking forward to sharing this workshop as an introduction to sacred intimacy practices.

Format

Our focus is on giving you practical "take-home" skills and knowledge. This workshop will begin with a short Kundalini Yoga practice designed by me, Rev. Hans Peter Meyer, for couples. These will help you open your body-mind to the experience and the sharing of intimacy.
Most of your time will be spent with sex educator and coach Aumsong Troughton who will guide couples through an exploration of healing and pleasure, for each other, and for yourselves.

From the facilitator, Aumsong Troughton:

"There was a time when I had no idea how to communicate my needs/desires sexually. This is still quite common for a lot of women, and for men as well. We still experience so many taboos about having sexual desires, and yet we all have them. If unexpressed they sit there, often creating shame and guilt and becoming obstacles to healthy experiences of intimacy – and not just sexual intimacy. Desire is healthy. It is essential for the incredible sex our bodies want to experience. Sharing Jade Egg practices is a way to bring trust, safety, and healing into any intimate relationship. And it's a fantastic way to deepen sexual pleasure for both women and men!"

The workshop:

As well as learning intimacy practices drawn from traditional Jade Egg and Kundalini Yoga teachings, the focus of this short workshop is on ways you can create and hold a safe space that encourages the woman in your life in unfolding in the most delicious ways.

There is no nudity in this workshop.
