Overview

Free Mindfulness Meditation at Dundas Library January 19th to June 15th (no class on February 16, April 6 and May 18)

We invite you to spend a peaceful hour meditating with others at the Dundas Library. The sessions will be led by experienced facilitators, giving you exposure to different approaches to mindfulness meditation from mostly guided to mostly silent. The meditation period is 30-45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of questions and discussion.

No matter your level of experience with mindful meditation, you will benefit from this hour break from everyday life.

THIS EVENT IS NOT SOLD OUT EVEN IF IT HAPPENS TO SAY THAT. There is plenty of room.

No registration is required. Please DO NOT try to register in spite of the orange "Reserve a Spot" button on the right side of the screen. Simply drop in.
