Overview
They say it takes a village, and I want to be a part of yours! These meditations are for all women, but especially mothers!
These online meditations will be free for all women. This initiative grew from my present postpartum experience, and the need I have to feel that I am not alone in this journey.
As a Wellness Coach for over a decade, I know that a mindfulness practice is essential to our overall health. These mediations will be in the support of your mental and emotional wellbeing, to reduce stress, burnout, feelings of depression, and to reduce the feeling of being alone in your inner world.
We too deserve to be soothed!
