Overview
Dialectical Living loves to give back to the community and has been running FREE online Holiday workshops each year and support to help with Holiday stress. This is a beautiful time of year to spend with family, be social with friends and eat great food AND the dialectic is that is can also be a tremendous stress for people; the decorating just right, the food warm and not over cooked, family clashing personalities and much more. DBT and other skills can help your holidays be more peaceful, more skillful and filled with love and joy with less conflict.
