On the menu today:
Classic Crepe Suzette - Thin pancakes, wrapped around an orange Grand Marnier sauce, and then flambéed.
Chocolate Profiteroles - Also known as a cream puff, this classic is aFrench choux pastry ball with a typically sweet and moist filling, topped with chocolate ganache
Chocolate Amarena Roulade Cake - This chocolate/sour cherry rolled cake (related to a Swiss Roll or the seasonal Buche de Noel) gives Black Forest cake flavours in a more compact presentation
$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)
Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged during this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!.
