Whether you're a seasoned Zumba pro or trying it out for the first time, this class is perfect for all levels. Don't miss out on the chance to groove to great music and get a fantastic workout at the same time. Zumba Gold uses the same awesome music and moves from around the world but I take out the impact and you won't have fast turns or cross your feet in the dances.
