From Curiosity to Action: Practical AI for Small Businesses

This is a hands-on lab designed for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and marketing leaders, and is hosted by the Side Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence at Northwestern Polytechnic, and facilitated by Nine10 Digital Marketing.

In four highly practical hours, you'll move past the hype and learn exactly how to use ChatGPT & other AI tools to save time, generate better content, and tackle complex operational tasks.

Together, We Will:

• Learn the fundamentals of AI & prompting to get reliable, professional results.
• Practice hands-on, generating marketing copy, operational emails, and business ideas using real-world challenges submitted by attendees.
• Learn the safety and ethical guardrails necessary for using AI in a business context.
• Create a simple plan to figure out how to integrate AI into your workflows.

You'll bring: A laptop (Mobile phones & Tablets don’t work as well), a power cord, and questions ready to ask.
