Funeral Mass for Jim Da Fonseca on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.

Reservations are required as we have limited capacity at the church due to COVID-19 restrictions.

When booking reservations please have the following information for each guest attending:

• First and last name
• Phone number (cell phone or home phone is acceptable)

Due to the restrictions on funerals/visitations we have a few guidelines in place:

• Masks are now mandatory at all visitations and services. If you have a mask, we ask that you bring it with you (we will provide a mask if you need one).
• We ask everyone to be respectful of physical distancing, please maintain a distance of 2m (6ft.) from other guests.
