FAQs
What is the refund policy?
We will not be issuing refunds. The fee is a nominal amount to help with costs and planning. If you can't attend, feel good knowing you supported the local tech community.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
We welcome anyone interested in learning about AI to the event. Please make sure you register, as we do need your name on the list prior to the event. We will not be accepting registrations at the door.
Is parking available?
Free Parking is available for free.
What can I bring to the event?
We only require your interest and probably some device (electronic or paper) to take notes! Due to the high number of attendees, we will not be doing any hands labs, just lots and lots of demos!
I have special dietary requirements. Can you accomodate me?
We will be providing coffee and beverages for the breaks and lunch, and the lunch provided will be a Subway lunch. As this is a community driven event with a minimal budget, we unfortunately can't manage special dietary requirements. There are lots of options in the area and with a 45min lunch break you have time to get there and back.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Reach out if you have more questions. We can be reached at https://www.meetup.com/metrotorontoug and encourage you to participate in the monthly user group meetings. More information at https://www.meetup.com/metrotorontoug .
