Welcome and Introductions

Led by Kirk Smallridge and Victoria Condlln Smallridge, we'll get to know the folks in the room; why we're here, what we're doing now, and where we want to do in 2026.

Understanding Goals and Finding Motivation

Learn about the importance of understanding the motivation and the "why" of setting goals from a storytelling perspective - how knowing the long game and personal values helps us map the way and motivate ourselves.

Then together, we'll write down our big goal.

Setting Goals and Mapping Tasks

Knowing why is only a small part of the game; together we'll dive into how our big goals become smaller objectives that we can use to create our "how" and make each piece easier to approach.

Together, we'll reverse engineer and write down our objectives and plans.

Plan the Play; Play the Plan

As our friend Elmo says, we have to plan the play before we can get started! By prioritizing tasks and objectives and breaking them down into smaller pieces, we can start to implement; before the new year even begins!

Together, we'll make our plans for the new year, and define what our success will look like (and how we'll celebrate!)
