Goal-Setting Co-Working Hybrid Day
Overview
This is a co-working day, not a rigid workshop.
You will be invited into a suggested flow for goal setting and planning, but how you use the time is entirely up to you. Some participants may follow the guided prompts closely. Others may use the day to work quietly on existing plans, refine goals already in progress, or focus on the business tasks that have been sitting on the back burner.
Throughout the day, I will offer:
- Light structure and optional prompts
- A goal-setting worksheet you may choose to use
- Optional discussion and support if you want feedback or clarity
- Long stretches of uninterrupted, focused working time
There is no expectation to perform, share, or “finish” anything.
This day is about meeting yourself where you are, honouring your current season, and creating space to work in a way that feels supportive rather than forced.
You will leave with whatever progress is most meaningful to you—whether that is clarity, momentum, decisions made, or simply the relief of having focused time carved out.

The day begins with a short welcome and optional intention-setting, followed by long stretches of focused, independent working time. Support and discussion are available throughout the day if you want feedback or clarity, but participation is always optional. A lunch break is built in, along with a short afternoon regroup and additional working blocks. You are free to follow the suggested flow or work in a way that best supports where you are right now. This day is about honoring your pace, your priorities, and creating space to work with focus and ease.
