Facilitator
Vicki Weaver brings nearly 14 years of experience working for a municipality, where she administered multiple grant programs, developed policies, created applications, and reviewed proposals. She has experience with recommending and declining applications, as well as collaborating with organizations to enhance their submissions. In her current role as Project Manager with the Southeast Regional Service Commission, Vicki has created a comprehensive grant directory to support non-profits in their funding journeys. With her practical experience and dedication to empowering organizations, Vicki is passionate about helping non-profits unlock opportunities and refine their grant-writing strategies for success.
