Overview
Grief does not have a set time.It does not follow a straight line. And it does not ask to be fixed.
This is a gentle, intimate healing circle for those carrying any form of loss — seen or unseen, recent or long held.
Grief can come from many kinds of loss —death, infertility, health changes, all forms of relationships, identity, dreams, and unspoken thoughts.
If it mattered to you, it belongs here.
🌙 The Evening
We will gather in a calm and safe space to slow down and be with our grief — not to move past it, but to move forward with it.
This evening gently weaves together:
- Reflection on grief as love
- Optional sharing in a safe, non-judgmental circle
- Guided journaling and quiet reflection
- Restorative Pilates fused with restorative yoga
- Gentle meditation and rest
There is no experience required. Sharing is optional. Silence is welcome.
