This 4-week wellness fiesta brings the Super U method — Smile. Sweat. Soar. Slay. — to life through joyful movement, mindful breathwork, and simple stress-easing tools.
Each session is designed to help you feel lighter, stronger, calmer, and more energized — without pressure or overwhelm.

Each week focuses on a key element of wellbeing, helping you reconnect with your body and elevate your quality of life:
Week 1 – SMILE:Breath & Balance Fiesta
Calm your mind, boost focus, and rediscover ease and joy in movement
Week 2 – SWEAT:Posture & Presence Fiesta
Learn body awareness and alignment tips to move with confidence and comfort
Week 3 – SOAR:Energy & Flow Fiesta
Fun, rhythmic movement to recharge vitality and raise your energy
Week 4 – SLAY:Stress Release & Restore Fiesta
Slay tension, quiet the mind, and reset your nervous system

Renita Lobo is the award-winning author of Power Play and the founder of Super U Fitness. With over 30 years of international experience teaching dance, yoga, and fitness, she has inspired thousands of people of all ages to move with joy.
Her personal journey — balancing parenting, recovery from life-threatening health challenges, and the demands of everyday life — fuels her passion for creating playful, accessible programs that help people restore balance, ease stress, and rise into their Super U.
