Handmade Soap Workshop (February Class)

Join us for an interactive workshop and learn the art of soap making from Linda from Serenity Soaps.

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn the foundations of traditional cold process soap making—exploring the ingredients, techniques and equipment needed to make over 2 lbs (approximately 14 bars) of your very own soap.

We’ll cover the fascinating science behind soapmaking, dive into the differences between oils and additives and explore how to safely and effectively create custom batches. Each participant will mix, scent and pour their own batch to take home.

What’s included:
· All supplies and safety equipment (gloves, goggles, aprons)
· A detailed handout with recipes, instructions, and workshop notes
· A bonus supplier list to help you get started at home
· Use of high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils
· Option to bring your own essential oils if preferred

What to bring:
· An old towel (to wrap and insulate your soap)
· A bag to carry your soap home
· Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required for safety
