This program will have lessons and activities to help you learn how to keep yourself healthy while you're caregiving for someone else.

Caregiving for a loved one is important and challenging work. Learn coping strategies and how to keep yourself healthy while caring for someone else. This workshop was developed by ABC Life Literacy Canada and is presented with support from The Alexion Charitable Foundation.
