Join powerhouse lululemon Train Ambassador Gyee O'Malley for a complimentary indoor movement session designed to help you recharge during the holiday season. This 45-minute, all-levels, coach-led conditioning class blends bodyweight conditioning and resistance-based training with intentional sequencing to build strength, boost energy, and support mental clarity. You can expect a dynamic mix of functional movements, accessible options and progressions, and mindful effort that meets you where you are, while still offering a healthy challenge. Whether you're looking to break a sweat, reconnect with yourself, or share movement with the community, this session is crafted to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.
Event Objective Amid the pace of the holidays, this event offers a dedicated moment for self-care and mental rejuvenation. Our intention is to create a space where physical challenge meets mental clarity, helping you move into the season feeling balanced, renewed, and connected.
