About the presentation:

In an environment where technical, financial, legal, and organizational risks are multiplying, the collaborative approach provides a structured framework to improve risk predictability and ensure proactive dispute management. This presentation will explore how early stakeholder integration, transparency regarding cost and schedule data, as well as proactive resolution mechanisms support a more objective risk allocation that is better aligned with project realities. We will discuss practices recognized by the AACEi community—risk analysis, probabilistic modeling, integrated control, and coordinated governance—and how they fit within a collaborative model. The goal: to demonstrate how a rigorous collaborative approach enhances overall performance, mitigates disputes, and promotes more resilient execution of major projects.
