How to Be Selfish For Moms

By Bradford West Gwillimbury Public Library

Overview

Mom-guilt, mental load, burnout—it’s time to think about you for a change. Here’s how, guilt-free.

We all want to be the best parents we can be, but sometimes we loose ourselves in the process. This is a discussion based program about maintaining your identity outside of motherhood, setting boundaries with our kids and partners, and carving out a little time and mental space for yourself. A relaxed and friendly space to talk, vent, explore some resources, and envision a more balanced experience of motherhood for ourselves.

Due to room capacity, this session is limited to adults only.
