What Are Fascial Maneuvers?

Fascial Maneuvers are a movement philosophy that helps you heal by releasing your fascia. Developed by Human Garage in Vancouver in 2020, the practice has since spread globally, helping people reduce stress, release trauma & restore balance.

What Should I Wear To Class?

Just come in comfortable clothes you can move in ? You’re also welcome to bring a change of clothes — there’s a bathroom at the studio you can use if needed. The most important thing is that you feel relaxed and ready to move!

Can Anybody Join The Class?

Yes! These classes are for everyone and designed to help reduce stress. You’re welcome to do what you can — movements can be done standing, on a chair, or on the floor. Just come as you are and enjoy.

These are the longest-running Fascial Maneuvers classes on the planet—born here in Vancouver and still alive today. Guided by Ikue | Fascia Oracle™, each class is an invitation to reconnect, release, and remember what your body already knows: movement is medicine, and fascia holds the key.

Sundays | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

📍Location: Capoeira Ache Brasil Academy (341 E Broadway, Vancouver, BC, Canada 🇨🇦)* *Many bus lines are available in the area. Also, There is plenty of parking available around the area.
