Human Resources Best Practices for Farmers (Online)
Overview
Do you have questions about hiring, onboarding, communication, or managing a growing team? If so, join us for Human Resources Best Practices for Farmers on January 20, 2026.
This webinar introduces key human resources (HR) practices that help farmers manage the people side of the business more effectively. Good HR practices keep farms productive, legally compliant, and better places to work.
We’ll look at common people-management challenges and share clear, useful ideas that work for both family farms and larger operations. Using real-world examples, the session will cover ways to improve communication, set clear roles, bring new workers on board more smoothly, and plan ahead with confidence.
By the end, participants will:
- Understand how good HR practices can make farm work run smoother.
- Spot quick wins where small people-management changes have a big impact.
- Take away practical ideas that can be used right away.
