About this event

I n this 90 mins. workshop, we will discuss the importance of self-promotion, celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond while challenging the social perception around self-promotion.

Goals:
Imposter syndrome. Stereotypes. Culture. For many reasons, lots of us feel uncomfortable sharing our achievements. By amplifying stories and research on the transformative power of self-promotion, we want to inspire every single person to share their accomplishments. Our 90-minute workshops are designed to help participants challenge their own views and empower them to start sharing their achievements with the world.

Desire Outcome
● Empower everyone, including underrepresented groups, to overcome cultural and social norms and stereotypes - by giving them the tools to increase their comfort and confidence in self promotion.

● Challenge social norms by promoting and running workshops in your organization and communities for family, friends, colleagues, peers, clients and others.
