iCARE User Training - Settlement Services Modules (Domestic & Pre-Arrival)

Course Description
This interactive session will provide iCARE users with instructions related to data entry demonstrations in the iCARE Settlement Modules and a question and answer period.
Who Should Attend
New iCARE users who have not received iCARE training and existing iCARE users requiring a review.
Delivery Method
Cisco Webex Webinars to share the facilitator’s computer screen visual and teleconferencing for the audio. In person sessions are offered when applicable.

The iCARE User Training – Settlement Services Modules (English) session is offered on the 4th Monday of every month[1]. Session date and time are listed on the Eventbrite system in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Training Prerequisite
The prerequisite for attending all training is to review the following introductory documents found under the Resources tab in iCARE:
- Introduction to iCARE
- General Frequently Asked Questions
Navigate to the Resources tab in iCARE to locate Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) documentation related to each module. Locate the FAQ document related to the training you are attending and review prior as well.
