Through soulful yoga, uplifting meditation, sacred mantras, and healing sound vibrations, you’ll nurture your mind, body, and spirit—leaving you grounded, inspired, and ready to shine your brightest in 2026.

• Comfortable layered clothing and warm socks

Lesley is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and Culinary Nutritionist who combines her training with decades of her own exploration and practice of the holistic arts to guide others to find the healer within.

Lesley brings enthusiasm, humour and passion to all her work, providing students with tools to access the highest version of themselves by energizing their mind, body and spirit.

Maryut Hirvonen / Celeste Sound - Certified Sound Healing Practitioner

Maryut guides others toward inner peace and balance through the transformative power of sound. Drawing on years of exploration in the healing arts, she combines her intuitive gifts with a heart-centered approach. She sees sound as a form of alchemy—able to gently release stored tension, restore energetic flow, and realign the mind, body, and spirit. Her sessions are both grounding and expansive, inviting stillness, presence, and transformation.
