Through this workshop “In Line With Myself : Exploring Personal Growth” you will use
drawing as a creative wellness process to create a personal strengths map that you
can use to become more aware of your strengths, then apply these personal strengths
in supporting your mental wellbeing.
Hosted by Gerard McNeil, a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner based in Halifax. His practice focuses on such issues as self-expression, stress reduction, personal growth and general mental wellbeing.
Gerard’s practice is supported by some twenty - five years of experience designing and facilitating arts - based and arts infused learning programs for a diverse range of learners.
Paralleling these experiences is Gerard’s work in the social services sector supporting persons with diverse abilities.
