The MaRS and CIBC Inclusive Design Challenge: Career Advancement seeks solutions that improve career advancement for persons with disabilities.
Register now for this informative session that will cover challenge requirements, tips on creating a successful submission and answer your questions live.
The winner of this third challenge in the series will receive a $50,000 grand prize; two runners-up will receive $20,000 each; and two honourable mentions will be awarded $5,000 each.
Priority areas identified by the disability community include attitudinal bias, support networks, workplace disclosure and workplace structure.
