Workshop Overview
In today's diverse and dynamic world, the role of leaders in organizations has evolved significantly. This course provides current global information about inclusive leadership, integrating coaching as its foundation when working with employees. It highlights the significance of inclusive leadership in fostering healthy workplaces, achieving organizational goals, and implementing specific IRCM practices to meet the needs of 21st-century employees.

- How to cultivate trust & safety in the workplace using the IRCM process.
- How to spread awareness of an inclusive workplace IRCM process.
- How to embed inclusion within the workplace using global guidelines and the IRCM process for inclusion and belonging.

About the Facilitator
Hello! I'm Phyllis Reid-Jarvis, a passionate advocate for harnessing human potential. As the founder and principal of Ultimate Potentials Corporation, I bring over 25 years of experience in health, leadership, education, and social justice. Our consultancy, situated on Treaty 1 territory and the ancestral homeland of the Métis Nation, is dedicated to helping leaders create workplaces where everyone can thrive.
With a background as a Human Ecologist, Certified Workplace Psychological Health & Safety Advisor, a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Master of Public Health from the University of Manitoba, and various certifications in diversity, equity, and inclusion and adult learning, I am equipped to guide leaders in transforming their organizations to achieve their goals.
My expertise encompasses integrated leadership practices, integrated restorative coaching, and the implementation of equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB) as business processes, as outlined in the International Standard ISO 3014:2021 Guidelines for Diversity and Inclusion in Human Resources Management and the Diversity Inclusion Service Management (DISM) methodology.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working internationally, nationally, and locally, providing executive and leadership coaching, training, and consultancy. I've authored books and training manuals on leadership, health, pathways to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as coaching. My programs, including the Integrated Restorative Coaching Model (IRCM) for Leaders, Pathways to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and P.A.U.S.E., focus on inclusive, human rights-informed leadership practices.
