Residential Tenancies Presentation

Please join us on June 2nd, 2017 from 9-10:45am to hear the following Guest Speaker:

  • Terri-lynn Taylor, Residential Tenancies Officer with Service NL's Residential Tenancies Section

There will be a chance for Q & A following the presentations.

The event will be held at the Newfoundland & Labrador Housing & Homelessness Network (NLHHN) in Pleasantville and light refreshments will be provided (tea/coffee, fruit and pastries).

Who is a Landlord?

Anyone who receives payments to have individuals live at a property they own or manage in St. John’s. These payments may come from any source (i.e. individuals, AES, Eastern Health, NLHC, etc.) and can be for various types of accommodations (i.e. Bedsitting rooms, personal care/community care homes, individuals with basement apartments, emergency shelters, etc.).
