Introduction to Indian Cuisine Cooking Class
Overview
Tonight's cooking class will focus on the key ingredients and cooking techniques needed to produce vibrant, delicious Indian flavour in your home cooking.
Chef Heidi has years of experience cooking and teaching Indian cuisine, informed by her travels and research.
Participants will learn how to make homemade spice mixes (masalas) and how to properly cook them. The class will include both demonstration instruction and hands-on cooking. We will cook and share a delicious authenic Indian meal, including lentil dahl, chicken curry, basmati rice, pappadum, fresh green chutney, layered salad, yogurt raita, spiced cauliflower, and fragrant chai!
Recipe booklet included.
