Gỏi Cuốn (Fresh Rolls)
A light and refreshing type of spring roll made with fresh ingredients such as pork, shrimp, herbs, and rice vermicelli noodles, wrapped in rice paper and served with a decadent peanut hoisin dipping sauce.
Cơm Sườn Nướng (BBQ Pork Chops)
A widely-loved Vietnamese dish featuring juicy, caramelized pork chops marinated in a blend of garlic, lemongrass, sugar, spices. and served with jasmine rice, pickled vegetables (đồ chua), and nước chấm (a tangy dipping sauce). It's a balanced dish that highlights the Vietnamese style of combining savory, sweet, and aromatic flavors.
Chè Chuối (Banana Coconut Tapioca Pudding)
A cozy dessert made with ripe bananas simmered in a pandan-fragrant and rich coconut milk, along with tapioca pearls and topped with toasted sesame seeds.

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.
No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
