How to Prepare
To receive the most from each session, prepare a nourishing, distraction-free space:
- Choose a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably
- Use headphones if possible for an immersive sound experience
- Have a journal or notebook nearby for reflections and insights
- Optional: wear an eye mask to deepen your inner focus
- Create a simple altar with meaningful items—crystals, photos, candles, sacred symbols
- Bring water or tea, and anything else that helps you feel grounded and open
