Journeying with Your Church Through Lent

We will explore how we might journey through Lent, both with our communities and as leaders in our personal journey with Christ. The wilderness temptations is the story that has shaped Lent from the very beginning. We will trace the narrative arc of Jesus’ baptism, wilderness temptations, and beginning of his public ministry, teasing out the significance for our own lives and for our churches. We will provide with practical ideas and strategies for your church. We will even offer you a sermon series!

This workshop is offered on Zoom. Please come ready to engage with other participants in breakout rooms and also to participate in individual times of prayerful reflection.
