Kicking off the New Year with JAZZ

In this 90-minute New Year celebration, Alex will take us on a journey through the hearts and minds of a jazz musician. You will have the opportunity to be inspired by jazz and an improvisational mindset. The session will be celebratory, interactive and explorative.

Together we will explore how JAZZ can be a metaphor for developing trust, empathy, curiosity, resilience, flow, creativity and leadership. The session will also include ongoing reflection on best practice, Solutions Focus and organisational development practices.

Enjoy being involved in the creation of some great live music and leave with practical ideas which can be implemented immediately in teams, in organisations, and in life, changing the way you sense others, how you listen and how you co-create with others.
