LAUNCH is Arts & Science Co-op's flagship employer-student networking event, held at University of Toronto Scarborough.

At this free event, you’ll connect in person with students from Canada's leading university and discover career-ready candidates excited to contribute to your organization.


Why participate in LAUNCH?

  • Meet hundreds of talented students seeking co-op work terms. You can engage directly with students from over 50 programs.

  • Increase applications by engaging in person.


Who should participate in LAUNCH?

If you're an employer interested in recruiting students for paid co-op work terms, LAUNCH is for you! With the help of our employer relations team, you can hire within 10 business days.

Partners from a variety of industry sectors, including healthcare, finance and insurance, technology, government, education and more, participate in LAUNCH every four months.


What can you expect at LAUNCH?

  • One table per employer (up to 3 participants; details in FAQ below)
  • Light snacks and refreshments
  • Free parking (details in FAQ below)


How to participate

When you click "Get tickets" and complete the form, you’re submitting a request for a free table at LAUNCH. Because space is limited, all requests are reviewed by our Employer Relations team. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll be in touch.

Sales end when all spaces are taken, or at the latest on January 23, 2026.
