Lean White Belt Quality Improvement - February 11 and 12, 2026

Developed in partnership with the Leading Edge Group, a global leader in quality improvement training, the Canadian Centre for Accreditation is delighted to offer the Lean White Belt Quality Improvement workshop.

The workshop will be delivered over two (2) subsequent virtual training sessions:

• Session 1: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 9:00am - 12:30pm (EST)
• Session 2: Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 9:00am - 12:30pm (EST)

This training workshop introduces Lean quality improvement (QI) and its relevance for community-based health and social services.

The workshop will focus on key quality concepts and methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma principles and 8 wastes) and tools (root cause analysis, fishbone, 5 Whys, PDSA/A3) and how they can be used to increase quality, efficiency and innovation. Upon completion, participants gain the ability to identify improvement opportunities in the workplace.

Group Discount

• Groups of 5 are eligible for a 50% discount on the 6th registration!
• Individuals who register for all 3 Lean White, Yellow and Green trainings are eligible for an overall 15% discount!
• Please note: discounts cannot be combined.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• Full refunds (minus Eventbrite fees) are available for cancellations made at least 5 business days before the session start date.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days in advance.
• If a cancellation affects the eligibility for a group or bulk discount, the discount may be deducted from the refund.

Replacements:

• Replacements are allowed if requested at least 2 business days before the session’s start date.
• The replacement participant must meet any session prerequisites or requirements.

Deferrals: Deferrals to future sessions will not be permitted.
