Lean Yellow Belt Quality Improvement - February 24 and 25, 2026

Developed in partnership with the Leading Edge Group, a global leader in quality improvement training, the Canadian Centre for Accreditation is delighted to offer the Lean Yellow Belt Quality Improvement workshop.

The workshop will be delivered over two (2) subsequent virtual training sessions:

• Session 1: Tuesday, February 24, 2026 from 9:00am - 12:30pm (EST)
• Session 2: Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 9:00am - 12:30pm (EST)

This workshop builds on White Belt training (prerequisite) to provide an overview of the core principles of quality improvement (QI) and outlines the essential tools and practices that can be applied across the community health and social services sector to increase service delivery efficiency and quality; improve client and employee satisfaction and reduce waste.

It aims to create a basic proficiency in applying key tools and practices such as value stream mapping; standard work and 5S workplace organization in community health and social service settings.

Assessment: Participants gain an internationally recognized Yellow Belt certification through successfully completing a 1-hour exam.

• Groups of 5 are eligible for a 50% discount on the 6th registration!
• Individuals who register for all 3 Lean White, Yellow and Green trainings are eligible for an overall 15% discount!
• Please note: discounts cannot be combined.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• Full refunds (minus Eventbrite fees) are available for cancellations made at least 5 business days before the session start date.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days in advance.
• If a cancellation affects the eligibility for a group or bulk discount, the discount may be deducted from the refund.

Replacements:

• Replacements are allowed if requested at least 2 business days before the session’s start date.
• The replacement participant must meet any session prerequisites or requirements.

Deferrals: Deferrals to future sessions will not be permitted.
