👤 About Your Guide – Sara | Solasta Spirit Collective |

Sara is a certified SOMA Breath® Instructor, and founder of Solasta Spirit Collective. She worked for many years in the environmental sector. Her journey into breathwork began after reading Breath by James Nestor. Through daily SOMA Breath practice, she has experienced a more regulated nervous system, deep emotional healing, and the release of fears and limiting beliefs that held her back for years.

Today, Sara's purpose has shifted inward to guide breathwork journeys and workshops so others can experience the transformative healing power of the breath. She has studied with Niraj Naik and the SOMA Breath team at the Foundational Teacher Training in Ibiza, and the Advanced Teacher Training in Austria.

Sara is passionate about sharing this holistic practice by guiding others in developing their own breathwork practice and awakening journeys — helping to unlock their inner peace, mental clarity, vitality, and emotional regulation through the power of your breath.

🧠 Why SOMA Breath?
SOMA Breath is a leading breathwork school and holistic wellness research institution. Developed by Niraj Naik, SOMA Breath blends ancient yogic pranayama techniques, neuroscience, and music therapy to optimize your mind and body. This practice boosts energy, reduces stress, supports trauma healing, and enhances creativity.

Studies of the SOMA Breath meditation journeys have been studied at the University of Cambridge. The researchers found that our holistic approach induced alterations in brainwave patterns, enhanced feelings of unity and spiritual connection (exceeding those observed in Psilocybin and MDMA studies), and positively affected mood, reduced negative feelings, increased clarity, and enhanced positive states of bliss, happiness, and calmness. In addition, further studies show that SOMA Breath breathwork helps participants process past traumas and emotional pain, whilst instilling new positive subconscious beliefs and behaviours.
