• Assessing your current role, skills, and areas for growth
• Setting short- and long-term career goals that align with your values
• Finding learning or mentorship opportunities to support advancement
• Creating an actionable plan to move up or pivot successfully

Lifemark WORKS (Workshops Offering Readiness, Knowledge, and Skills) is a no-cost, on-demand workshop series for Albertans who want to build employability skills, grow confidence, and achieve lasting employment success.
