Dr. Khalil Laghari is a Digital Transformation, Experience & Innovation Leader based in Dubai. He works at the intersection of UX design & research, CX and service design, and digital innovation, helping organizations design human-centered digital and AI-enabled systems.

He is the Founder of XII Studio and UX Community Network, an Adjunct Faculty at RIT Dubai, and a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). He has led experience and innovation initiatives across the UAE, Canada, and Europe, and regularly teaches, mentors, and speaks on UX, CX, and AI.
