Each class starts with a gentle warm-up to help you relax and connect with the group. Then we move into fun, low-pressure games that build confidence, creativity, and connection. We’ll explore improv fundamentals and simple scene work in a supportive, judgment-free space. Expect lots of laughter !

? Do I need any experience?

Nope! This class is for everyone—whether you’ve never tried improv or you’re returning after a break. All levels are welcome.

? What should I wear/bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfy clothes you can move in, make sure you have a space in which you can move and have a water bottle and a light snack on hand. Classes are 2.5 hours with a 10-minute break midway through.

? Will I have to perform alone?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Most of our games and exercises are done in pairs or groups. You’ll never be put on the spot—this is about playing, not performing.

? What if I’m shy?

That’s totally okay (and very common)! Improv can actually help you come out of your shell in a fun and gentle way. You’ll go at your own pace and get lots of support from the group.

This class is for adults 18 and up. It’s a diverse, all-levels space—everyone is welcome!
