Little Italy: Family Friendly Pasta Class

Overview:

Roll up your sleeves and dive into the joy of pasta-making in this family-friendly Italian cooking workshop! Designed for both kids (ages 6+) and adults, this 90-minute experience brings people together around a shared cooking station to create, cook, and enjoy fresh handmade pasta.

Whether you're coming as a family, a pair, or solo, this class welcomes all ages and skill levels.

What to Expect:

Participants will work in small groups (4–6 per station) to prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch and roll it out using hand-crank pasta machines into rustic noodles like tagliatelle. You’ll then cook your pasta and choose between two simple, flavourful sauces to enjoy as a group.

Make Fresh Pasta by Hand

Learn to mix, knead, rest, and roll traditional egg-based pasta dough using hand-crank pasta machines.

Cook and Finish with Two Sauce Options

• Veggie Bolognese – A rich tomato-based sauce made without meat
• Aglio e Olio – A fragrant blend of olive oil, garlic, and herbs

Dine Together

Finish the class by enjoying your handmade pasta together, served with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
