With the rise of AI and higher youth unemployment leaving many young people concerned about the future job market, in the coming decade BC will be at the beginning of a generational skills shortage. This is going to create strong pathways for workers who have in-demand skills, training and experience!

In the next ten years, more than a million jobs will need to be filled in British Columbia and less than 500,000 young people are projected to go into the job market.

This February 18th at 6pm, WorkBC is excited to host Christian Saint Cyr, publisher of the BC Labour Market Report who'll share:

• What sort of changes we can expect
• How young people can take advantage of these changes
• What parents can do to support their children
