Longest Night of the Year: A Service Making Space for Grief this Christmas

By Runnymede Presbyterian Church

Overview

Many carry griefs or worries during the holidays. Join us for a gentle service of music, prayer, and reflection, in Christ's light.

As the days grow shorter and the nights longer, many of us carry quiet griefs, worries, or weariness that can feel especially heavy during the holiday season. On the winter solstice—the longest night of the year—we gather for a gentle service of music, prayer, and reflection.

This is a space to rest in God’s presence, to name our sorrows and hopes, and to remember that even in the deepest night, the light of Christ still shines.

All are welcome.
