Mark is the founder of the Clear Insight Program, an intensive executive coaching program for business leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs. He is the founder of ACE coworking and a private investor in many early and mid-stage private companies. Since 2012, he has been helping SME leadership teams design strategies to help their companies grow and exit at maximum valuation multiples. Prior to 2012 he spent 20+ years in the investment banking industry in both New York and Toronto, investing and managing risk in multiple markets including interest rates, commodities, foreign exchange and derivatives. He is an MBA and CFA charter holder.
