Are mornings really the best time to exercise?
Should I eat three meals? 6 small meals? Just 1 meal?
Can I skip breakfast?
Is 9 really the best time to sleep?

In this session, you'll gain clarity on these critical questions as well as practical steps to optimize your daily schedule for better health and healing.
