Machine and Deep Learning Workshop
Event Information
About this Event
In this workshop, machine and deep learning image classification (semantic segmentation) using ArcGIS Pro will be demonstrated. Participants will learn how to (1) conduct pixel- and object-based image classification using traditional (Support Vector Machine and Random Forests) machine learning algorithms; (2) build models for data preparation and experiment with different classification parameters; (3) use the Unet deep learning architecture for image segmentation (classification). Necessary theory background will be introduced in addition to step-by-step implementation using high resolution drone imagery. Participants are advised to have access to the ArcGIS Pro software through an active license or trial version.
Agenda: 10:00-10:30 Welcome/Introduction and attendee application discussion
10:30-12:30 Machine Learning using ArcGIS Pro
