The Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) is hosting a webinar on low risk projects under O. Reg. 406/19 (On-Site and Excess Soil Management).
This webinar will focus on projects that are exempt from the excess soil reuse planning requirements (e.g., filing a notice on the Registry, completing mandatory assessments and sampling), but may need to follow some other requirements for excess soil management.
