The Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) is hosting a webinar on project area requirements under O. Reg. 406/19 (On-Site and Excess Soil Management).
This webinar will provide an overview of requirements applicable to project areas excavating soil, including reuse planning requirements for larger and riskier projects.
