We will all be meeting at a specified location at 8am on Friday January 19th, we will be touring different opportunities that Medellin has to offer. Location will be sent to you the day before

We will be looking at investments starting from $50k USD and properties starting at $150k USD, development land projects, Flip Opportunities but most importantly. We get to network. Network with people who are either curious on the Medellin Real Estate market or ones that are deep already.

We will have a lawyer on the tour with us who will go over the purchase process and for those who are interested, the visa process. The last bus tour, deals were made and eyes were opened.

This is not a sales tour, we will not be going to pre-sale projects. This is to see whats out there to give you a relative understanding of the markets in Medellin.
