Meditation Foundations (For Adults)
Overview
This program is for adults (18+)
Experience gentle stretches that unwind tension, guided breathing practices that calm the nervous system and meditation foundations to steady the mind. Each week will bring forward reflections on wellness and the traditions of yoga and meditation. Led by yoga instructor Tania Love.
All levels of experience are welcome to attend this 5-week series.
Cost: $75
Program location: Zoom (Link will be emailed out 24 hours before the first program)
Dates: Tuesdays, Jan 6 - Feb 3 / 7-8 p.m.

REFUNDS: Program fees are determined individually to cover costs for external resources and materials. A 20% administration fee will be charged for each requested registration fee refund. No refunds will be issued after a program has commenced.
